The KY-005 module is equipped with an infrared LED and is designed for data transmission via the IR channel or for creating a photocoupler with a photoreceiver. It is used for circuit layout and simplifies the study of the operation of the IR emitter. During operation, the IR channel is not susceptible to radio interference and interferes with radio receivers.
