XH-M240 18650 Li-ion Battery Capacity Tester
This device determines the actual capacity of an installed 18650 battery cell by discharging it.
The left slot holds the 18650 cell, which powers the meter.
The right slot holds the 18650 battery being tested.
It is also possible to connect an external DC 5-12V power source to the tester.
The first button on the left starts the capacity meter.
The second button switches the display mode.
The third and fourth buttons set the charge stop voltage.
A single measurement takes approximately 4-6 hours for a battery of approximately 2700 mAh.
