KY-010 – a module with an optical interrupter detects the presence/absence of a light flow between the LED and the phototransistor.
When the flow is not blocked, a low-level voltage is present at the module output.
The sensor can be used to control the rotation speed of motors or to detect the presence of an object between the LED and the phototransistor.
Connection:
«S» — output, can be connected to the digital input of the “Arduino”
«middle contact» — power supply “+5 V”
